From time to time, individuals with little knowledge, less integrity, and no genuine interest in truth choose to question my credentials, my career, or my character. Most recently, some have gone so far as to accuse me of being “fake” or of "pretending to be a lawyer".
Let me be absolutely clear.
I have never pretended to be a lawyer.
I have never represented myself as a legal practitioner.
I have never provided legal advice.
What I have done—openly, consistently, and transparently—is practise as an Employment and Human Rights Advocate and as a Professional Investigator. Those roles are clearly defined, ethically grounded, and lawfully exercised. They are the roles in which I have worked for decades, and they are the roles in which I continue to operate today.

Yes, I have owned a law firm, BUT ownership does not equate to practising as a lawyer.
That distinction is elementary. To suggest otherwise demonstrates either ignorance or malice. Neither is my problem—but both become my concern when false statements are published or repeated as fact.
Advocacy Is Not Impersonation
Employment and human rights advocacy is a legitimate, long-established profession. Investigative work is a regulated and credentialed discipline. Neither requires admission as a legal practitioner, and neither involves pretending to be one.
My qualifications are public. My resume is public. My work history is public. My advocacy record before tribunals, commissions, and dispute bodies is real, verifiable, and ongoing.
Those who claim otherwise are not uncovering truth—they are manufacturing fiction.
Defamation Has Consequences
Words matter. False statements about a person’s profession, integrity, or qualifications are not “opinions” when they are presented as fact. They are defamatory.
I am documenting these matters carefully. I am patient. And I am methodical. I will prove myself a true and honest stoic.
In 2026, I will be addressing these falsehoods through appropriate legal channels. Not theatrically. Not emotionally. Properly.
To the Doubters
If you doubt my credentials, my character, or my capability, that is your prerogative.
But you are under an obligation not to lie about me.
If you cannot meet that minimum standard, then the simplest course of action is this: move along.
I have spent my career standing beside people who were dismissed, silenced, bullied, discriminated against, or disbelieved. I do not need to perform for critics who have never done the work and never carried the weight.
History has a way of resolving these things.
I will prove the truth—calmly, lawfully, and conclusively.
